I have pulled everything out and checked I can't find anything loose or moving without being moved by the controls. That is very true. I have had several t stats in it. The first one I pulled out was not seated correctly and thought that maybe be the problem, but three t stats later no...- CCSS

I have check cables and they are not changing. I have removed duct work and checked the arm that moves door to ensure there is no lost motion between the two. Everything is working properly there.- CCSS
