How the heck do I get paint there?

Hoping someone has some good experience painting those hidden places that you can't see but where rust likes to live... I am doing a pretty involved resto on a couple of my squarebodies and I really want to get some good rust protection in those lap joints and inside the fenders, hood and cab...
