Broken ps pump/ac bracket.

Found this while replacing ps pump looks to be broke or cut. Anyone seen something like this or know what it supposed to bolt to this ear. Thanks

87k5 rear seat

Has anyone ever had a rear bench torn apart. Does it have any substantial frame That I could weld attachments for my kids car seat Thanks.
