Factory 3 point seat belt harness.
I have an '85 burb. My driver side was very sticky. I couldn't find any replacement that looked like the original, so I created a Saved Search for seat belts on ebay. I eventually ended-up seeing a fresher assembly showing up - bought for under $100. Took a while though- BobSaintClare
