    Now we move into desperation territory (seeking advice)...

    I had a similar acting '86 K10 years ago that I checked every relay, fuse, switch and ground but couldn't find anything wrong. I ended up taking it to a shop. They found a loose connection in the fuse block on the firewall. After fixing that it ran like a champ again.

    Thanks, You're close on the 100 series Land Cruiser, the correct engine nomenclature is 2uz-fe, ie the 4.7L v8. Not the most powerful, but probably the smoothest running engine I've ever owned. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Tapatalk

    Hello everyone, I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to join. I acquired a 1991 Chevy Suburban a few weeks ago. Only non factory stuff on it is a rough country lift and cd player. Has surface rust in a few places but no serious rust anywhere. It's been a New Mexico and Texas truck...
