    Headers and Exhaust

I guess I'll be getting the first one because I don't see any catalytic convertors on mine now lol.

    Headers and Exhaust

Found the 44s on Summit and the Doug Tri-Ys. There are three different models of the Tri-Ys. Does anyone know the difference between them? The only thing I can find different between them on Summit is the following: THY-364Y-C; $733; spark plug location, angled/straight THY-364Y-DA-C; $750...

    Headers and Exhaust

The mufflers will be best with the 2.5" inlets/outlets correct? When going with the 2.5 exhaust? I'm assuming that would work best for the fabricator.

    Headers and Exhaust

Thanks for the response! I'll stick with the 2.5" for sure then. I may have to rethink the tri-y's but it will most likely be a while until I get above 450 lol.

    Headers and Exhaust

I found a exhaust shop who does good work and I am taking him Super 44s to install. My question now is if I should go to 2.5" or 3". I am leaning towards 2.5". I have a 3" on my newer Camaro and that sounds way better than the stock 2.5". But totally different engine. Only other future plans...

    Headers and Exhaust

I'll keep that stuff in mind for sure. I am hoping there wouldn't be to much modification to put them on. I actually found a couple restoration shops around my area I will check out.

    Headers and Exhaust

Found them on Summit. I may go with those. Any tips on installing headers? This is my first time and I am newer to the "advanced" part swapper. Anything I should be aware of while switching them out? Especially since I will eventually take it in to build it to a 383. Thanks gents/ladies.

    Headers and Exhaust

Yeah I'm trying to find a shop around here. Where did you get those headers at? They have Headmans on LMC but not sure of they're the same ones. Was that $650 paid to your shop or does that include the price of parts you supplied?

Also, I forgot to mention, I am going to rebuild the engine into a 383.

    Headers and Exhaust

Couldn't find much info on what I needed. But does anyone know of any complete Flowmaster exhaust kits that would fit a K10 (350)? I am going with the Super 44s and 2.5" tubing and an H pipe. I found a kit but it only works with 2WD because of the H pipe placement. I also need to find headers...

    NC 383 builders/machinests

Hello all, I am looking for a engine rebuild shop that can convert my 350 into a beastly 383 stroker. I am looking for a shop close to the New Bern/Jacksonville NC area. Also I am NOT looking for crate engines.

    Security Systems

Appreciate all the answers haha. I don't plan on parking in a place where it could be stolen but if a thief wants it then he is going to get it someday or another. And at home it is in the garage safe and sound. I guess what I would want to put in it is a tracker. That way it is easier to find.

First Restoration starts with my 75 K10

I started on this project earlier this year before deployment but I'm gonna post pics and keep this a running thread on what I do with it. Let me know if you have any advice! End result will be a two tone orange and white exterior with a 383 stroker.

    Interior Design Opinion

Thanks for the thoughts! I definitely don't want to add to much black. I want the interior to flow with the paint scheme. If I went more on the black side, I'd want to break it up with orange.

    Interior Design Opinion

I changed my avatar to a pic of my truck. I am working on getting everything set up for it to be painted two tone orange and white. Not sure if I should go for a black and orange interior or something else.

    Interior Design Opinion

New to the forum and I've already spent a day looking through it. In the far future I am going to get '75 K10 two tone with tangier orange and white. I'm starting on the interior but I can't find photos of that exterior color and the interior. I want to stay close to factory styling. Does...
