    Chengny , your right a new trans pan is cheaper than I thought. Looks like about dozen bolts appears a easy fix. The car is safely off the road in parking area. I thought first it was the oil pan , on a saturn more work . On a good note im driving my c20 more. Thanks everyone

    I didnt see a concrete vehicle stop In front of my saturn when I parked I drove forward went up on it , I backed off it , noticed hole in oil pan . I was wondering will jb weld work on it as a temp fix to get it home 17 miles. Its ok sitting there I just dont want to work on it there. Thanks...

    Replaced the starter with one with new lifetime warranty. Make a big difference. Turns over fast.

    mechanic said the c20 was out of time, he set timing truck runs great a lot of power. i shut it off wouldn't start cooled off started hard, never been a problem. i talked with the mechanic,said he had to advance timing to get it to run well ,said to pump the gas pedal to get cooler gas? he...

    Hrpc, i know what you mean about neck & back pain, i take morphine 3 times a day. i can't take over the counter( stomach issues)have you tried a inversion table ? it helps me.

    replace back-up light in utility bed. had brakes bled. still has some air, try again wed. need to replace plug wires. question... quadrajet carb issues. should i have it rebuilt ? or replace it with a edelbrock? thanks in advance john

    i changed fuel filter on the q jet easy enough. then started changing plugs looked easy, plenty of room to work . the heat shields were all bent up. difficult to get the socket on /off plugs. the plug wires were stuck on even with wire puller one end came off. harder than i expected lol

    tried to replace the exhaust donut gasket. sprayed a rust breaker on the bolts drove to autoz^ne to pickup gasket the left side started to loosed up s spin later bolt snapped off about 1" below manifold. will muffler be able can fix it? so the only thing i did today was screw it up....i...

    HRpc, is there a problem w/fram filters? never heard that before, what is a quality filter/s ? i usually use whatever filter/ oil is on sale. 10w-40w in spring/summer & 10w-30w in fall/ winter. is that ok? should i stay with same brand and weight? thanks john
