Folding Rear Seat on 1984 K5 Blazer
Thank you! I had no idea there was/is a lever on the passenger side. The seats folds just fine when you do things properly.- 75vette

Folding Rear Seat on 1984 K5 Blazer
I can not fold the back seat on my 1984 K5 Silverado. Tried pulling, pushing, lifting, etc. on the release handle but no result. Any hints? The folding mechanism shows not signs of modification or distress.- 75vette

Nice to see all the welcomes! Just reinforces my opinion that this is a good website with high quality contributors. BTW, my "new" 84 will stay pretty well stock...no lifts, no big clown tires, no 383 stroker and hopefully, no rust. Significant changes will be to the interior (seats, dash cap...- 75vette

Just found this website. Bought my second Blazer, a 1984 K5 Scottsdale. My first Blazer was a NEW 1973 K5 with a 350 engine and manual transmission...only option was an AM radio.
