    1966 Mercury Comet Capri, 2dr. hdtp. was a 289 car with an auto, but i converted to 302 with T5. changed it from bench seat to mustang buckets and found a Cyclone hood for it. It was a fun project..

    not sure, just the way the were.. there is a metal plate on the inside of the scoop... earlier, '65 hoods had an even better look i think...

    this is my old '66 Comet with a Cyclone fibreglass hood.. they were non-functioning, but i thought looked very cool.

    gpmorgan, thank you for your comments.. I initially liked the FiTech system, but i am hearing mixed thoughts on it.. mostly with the entry level 400hp version.. but before i decide, I will do a lot of reading on it.. thanks again

    thank you for all of your input.. some of the kits have an extra groove on the crank pulley, which might be capable of running the PS off of... well, i have lots of time, so i thought i would throw it out there.. i had also heard that the gilmer belts make an awesome sound..
