    Low pressure electric fuel pump

To tell you the truth Vern I only did it that way because it was fast simple and cheap. Mostly just because it was quick and temporary. Long term I'd go back to a factory mechanical pump if I could,or a TBI pump and sender ZZ3 style if I couldn't use a mechanical pump. I'll get some pics of how...

    Caster settings 1977 C10

Okay Home now, if they had 3/4 in the front 1/2 in the back . In a previous post I told you my crude questimate was put 5/16-3/8 in the front then shim all bolts equally to bring camber close. Sounds like it was 1/4 in the front then shimmed for camber. Put it back that way. Set toe with a...

8 lug hub with 6 lug caliper

I would bolt 2 rotors together face to face,1 6 lug ,1 8 lug , Now look at both. Is there enough meat to transfer punch and redrill? Remember the hub holds the wheels and the studs, the rotor is just a captured spacer. If the rotor offset is the same it seems to me this would let you reuse your 6...

    Caster settings 1977 C10

It will be much easier with the weight off the wheels. I was rough guessing how much shim you needed, how much shim was in there to begin with?

Inboard shafts vs. Outboard shafts. Complete opposites, sounds like it was right before you messed with it,or at least closer.

    Caster settings 1977 C10

Do you have the shims you took out originally? Do you know where they went and what the thicknesses were? If so tell me all you can, what thickness where. If not, I think I'd add 5/16-3/8 on each front bolt then check camber with a level shoot for just slightly less than level, as in tops...

    Caster settings 1977 C10

There is no educated guess territory on a 50 year old truck set with shims. And just because someone on a video got x degrees with y thickness shim on z car doesn't mean yours will be the same,it probably wont, your spindles will be different geometry, your control arm shafts will probably be a...

Who's bracket is that? And for what application? Kinda kicking the idea around of hydralic clutch on the Chevelle instead of zbar.

    Caster settings 1977 C10

No disrespect intended, there are plenty of options to check caster at home, from quick trick,Joe's racing,Long acre, fast trax and many others. As well as some well thought out homemade tools. I bought my Home version caster gauge, around 1999 when I had access to an alignment rack all day long...

    Blower motor vent tube

Pressurized air is supposed to be forced through that tube to cool the motor I'd improvise ,maybe some plastic tubing and 90 degree spark plug boot.

    Rear Brakes Locking Up

Absolutely,I read in post 6 that you had the fronts routed to the rear port on the master. You didn't say the rear port is the small reservoir, and all masters are not the same. As soon I saw your pic and read post 6 the problem was evident. Evidently you can read, heck you could even look at all...

That would have been my answer on post 7 if post 6 had that picture . Post 6 and the picture at post 907 was what gave me what I needed to see the problem.

    TH350 Stuck

If it goes through the motions in the transmission linkage. Verify it take the linkage off and manually go through the first 3 positions, you'll feel them. Park, reverse neutral. If you can manually take it out of park at the side of the transmission,it is a linkage problem. If it won't come out...

    TH350 Stuck

Have you verified the linkage is attached to the frame and the transmission, and that it actually is moving at the transmission if the pinch bolt is not tight on the rod that drops from the column, the rod will slide in and out on the pinch bolt.
