    Reclining buckets.. what years have them?

    My 83 K5 Blazer has buckets that dont recline... what year square bodies came with reclining buckets? ive seen trucks with them, and the seats look original. thanks

    seat swapping?!

    seats are black with the red lnsert, but the driver side is cracking bad... i like em, just wish i had tilt and some lumbar adjustment... i want to keep the older look since in trying to keep everything pretty close to original looking

    ive looked into all these different companies and they all pretty much list the same parts for about $500 for the kit but then advertise optional extras(which i have no clue what i need) i just want a 4" lift that will make for a nice daily driver ride so what do you guys recommend?

    my truck is an 83, so what do i have to get? just the tach or a whole cluster? and what vehicles would i be searching for to snag this out of?

    i am aware, im trying to put one in. does it look the same as the rest of the gauges? has anyone done this? im after a factory look, but i drop an aftermarket tach on the dash if needed.

    has anyone been able to swap out a diesel cluster, put in a gas one and make everything work? wondering if its possible or too much trouble because on my 83 the gas gas is next to the speedo instead of the tach and its really bothering me...

    What seats are you guys swapping out your stockers for? I want to find something that will look stock but reclines and has some lumbar support for my 83 k5... What would you guys suggest?

    Just bought a K5, dont know how much lift it has...

    Can anyone take a guess? it has 33's on it... ill take measurements, where from? center of the wheel to the fender or from the ground to the fender would be more accurate? i want to fit 35's on it but im not sure if i need a lift or not. thanks

    16 is probably factory and fine but thicker wire theoretically will carry less resistance and pprobably has thicker insulation to avoid rub-through later on down the road... Just make sure you connections are shrinktubed so you dont get a bad connection later due to water

    Got some dumb questions... havent owned a truck this old so im not sure if things are broken or im just not doin it right... !983 K5 Blazer Silverado 1. How do you turn on the highbeams? 2. im assuming the turn signal lever also operates the windsheild wipoer spray(button on the end)...

    not to thread jack... but im trying to piece together the same swap in my 83 K5 Blazer except i have the 6.2 Diesel in mine. i found a sight that sells complete transmissions with all swap required pieces in a kit(except pedal assemblies)...
