Well im sire it is. Thanks for the help. I didnt know 4x4s werr 6 lug. Question, if i wanted to change from 6 lug to 5, and assuming the axle was from a square, can i just swap axle shafts from a 5 lug axle?- 1low4x4

6 lug, 3:73 (divided ring and pinion teeth) 12 bolt.... Also is it posi? Wheels turn same way when spun. I need to know what it wouldve come out of so i can buy replacement parts like axle seals, pads, cyls, etc. Could it be a 60's model setup for leafs? The ring gear also says...- 1low4x4

it does not have 2.73s it has 3. 42s. I was wrong when I typed that.the current transmission has to be just a regular 350 because there is no connector for that 4 prong thing n thetransmission- 1low4x4

the blue truck has speedo issues
Hey......i broke the original speedometer cable in this truck by not seating it fully into the cluster and the tip broke off. So i put in the speedo cable from the red truck that was still good and it now works, but its way too fast. Like its showing pegged out when im probably dping 70 mph...- 1low4x4

Exhaust Leak
Like i said, buy stage 8 locking fasteners and crushable aluminum gaskets and never touch it again. Header/manifold bolts/studs are easy enough to break by themselves...locktite can only hurt- 1low4x4

I know jack about cams. Assuming i left my heads stock, and my engine isnt bored, i have flat tops....what cam would make a big difference over the shitty summit 1102 cam. Something with some sound and performance but requiring no stall. In other words what do yalls cams spund and perform like- 1low4x4
