Need help, '86 C10 AC condenser insulator.
Well I hit a deer on the way to work one morning a few months ago and I have been gathering parts to put everything back together. But I can't find this rubber mount that the AC condenser sits in and I am missing one. I was hoping that someone might have one laying around that I can buy. Part... -
Help identifying wheels

The Quest for the Last Radiator
I put one of these in my '79 K20 and it was pretty much a drop in. I had to get the wider rubber insulators for a 4 core big block style, mine is a 350. When I bought mine a few years ago they offered a manual trans option. May be worth a call to them to see if they can help you out...- Lugnut

Make sure you get a pass side dipstick tube. The left hand ones are different length and dia. FYI, Here is a pic of the heat shields I was talking about.- Lugnut

The small threaded hole is left over from the older ram horn style exhaust manifold set-up, it’s where the spark plug heat shields bolted on.- Lugnut

No o-ring that I have ever seen, I usually just put a little RTV around the dipstick tube where it bottoms out in the block and never had any problems.- Lugnut

Looks stock, someone may have removed a leaf to lower it a little, but looking at the condition of the threads on the u-bolts and shackles it doesn’t look like it’s been messed with.- Lugnut

I have 2 stock ride height C10's in the shop one of them measures from center of front hub to fender lip 18.5" drivers and 19" pass., can't measure the rear bed is off. The other one measures 20" all the way around, but remember these are 40 year old springs. That being said most of these truck...- Lugnut

1979 350 carb into r10 tbi 305 truck
The 87 TBI should have centerbolt valve covers, they weren't vortex heads but have that style valve cover. So yes the TBI intake center holes will be on the wrong angle. Also that will be a 1 piece rear main seal engine, so the flex plate will not swap to the '79 350, external balanced vs...- Lugnut
