    Hello from Missouri

Welcome from NC. Did you install an electric pump & sender on a carburetor truck? That may be the reason for your flooding issue; too much fuel pressure. HS

Anyone ever had the ball joint rip out on a 10 bolt front?

I've seen it happen to the "Fall Guy" truck but have never had it happen to me. A friend had one break on a Ford Dana 60 out on the trail. We were able to strap it together and tow it off the trail in reverse fortunately. I've seen some vintage trucks that have that load truss on the axle...

    NP 203 Transfer case Chain HV009 GM#13433

I've had several 203's thru the years & do appreciate the lower range over the 205. We just swapped the trans/case in my 76 with a used unit from a 75. It is difficult to shift & must have front hubs locked to drive. It makes noise in park/neutral like trying to run a PTO. Being the 76 case is...

What have you done to your square lately??

Making the C30 road ready & user friendly. Put on some flaps & got the taillights & bed markers going. Got the interior floor lamp operating & installed a dome light that I've been wanting to use for 20 years...

What have you done to your square lately??

I remember when I could keep an operating table that clean and organized. I'm just glad to keep up with the 20 or so kids in the class now and keep them from killing one another with horseplay and tools... HS

How to turn a half ton into a 3/4 ton?

I've been a few rounds with NCDMV & can tell you from experience that if you mess with the VIN, regardless of the situation; you're subjected to "reconstruction" and will need to undergo full inspection with DMV- not a local safety/emissions inspector.

What have you done to your square lately??

Glad to see that I'm not the only person that ain't afraid to shred them down. I told my boys about the recent body swap; "Cab swaps are like p#$$y; I'm not scared of them but I don't get a chance to do them on the daily". You older fellas will get it... HS

What have you done to your square lately??

The passenger frame horn is tweaked on the front and we’re using some ingenuity to get the bumper and brushguard on it. I’ll have to address the frame a bit later when the Dana 60F is introduced to her. The bumper still has a little “snarl” about it but it’s on and doing its job.

    Cab Mount help

Me and my SIL just cab swapped his 85 K10. I was fortunate enough to have bought new cab mount bushings from the Holley/Brothers clearance a year or so back. It worked out great as getting things lined up was not an issue at all having new bushings that were not like the 40 year old "plum...

    New from Oklahoma

Welcome from the Tarheel State. It seemed that 87's were tough to find until I joined this forum a few years back and now it seems there are many still out there. Heck, I even have one myself now. Great looking truck and project that you have there and thanks for sharing the pics. HS

What have you done to your square lately??

I have been to NCDMV every day this week with 6 trips but finally got my 79 registered. I'm enjoying my first sunset with it legal to drive.

    First post and introduction

Roger that. I don't get that far south usually. I may take them off exit 49 and down NC53 to White Lake occasionally though. I have a '76 High Sierra K15 that I am hoping to get around to fixing soon. I've had it for over 30 years and it is definitely in need of restore. Again, welcome in and...

    NP203 removal and rebuild

GM offered manual (stick) shift throughout the entire run of Squares. I have a 76 SM465/NP205 K15 & 78 K25 with the same setup. Heck, 25 years ago I had a K10 with the overdrive 4-speed/NP208. I'm not understanding your question right or something... Half-Stumped
