Will it move at all? I’ve found that if they aren’t seized, depressing and letting it come back up from the spring pressure a few times generally gets it out.

A little WD-40 never hurt anything either. Unless there's a burr or some other mechanical issue it's probably just built-up varnish. Use some lube and keep working that thang.

i’ve been pushing it up and down multiple times sprayed it with wd40 used pliers nothings working
