i'm from the south jersey area, we picked up this 74 c10 about a year ago.. haven't done too much to it but work to make it safe and reliable. brake system has been redone, have a timing chain, water pump and and starter laying here waiting for some nice weather to install. have all the hoses and all for it that i will change when i do the timing chain. i also have a umi lowering/handling kit for it that i will install sometime this year. i want to do some 18" wheels too but have to figure out what backspace and tire size i can run with a 18x8 all the way around... all in all its a solid truck.. i want to get the interior nice too.. i had custom seat upholstery made for it that i just have to install.. i need to decide is i want to go with new foam for the seat or not. i'll be needing a new blue dash pad and door panels too. not sure who to trust buying those from.. i see a bunch of guys with dash pads but am afaid of many of them being scammers.

That looks like a nice survivor. :waytogo:

Welcome. Panels can be painted. There's a few posts that mention Krylon and I wanna say SEM paint. Use the search function, read up and form your own opinion.
