4L60E interchange compatability question

Good Saturday to all. I have a good 4l60e transmission in a 2003 K1500 suburban and wasn't sure if it would work electronically with the 1996-99 or (97 more specifically) K1500 suburban. I did some searching and it seems like it might but I didn't get anything concrete.

I cannot answer you,I can however tell what to check. Get wiring scematics for both vehicles see if they have the same electrical pinout for the transmission. Look up donor vehicle and recipient vehicle and see if they are both pulse width modulated early wasn't. But I don't know when they changed. As a matter of fact instead of reading my confusing mess tag Nick @NickTransmissions
