    So to report back. The ecu was the issue. Palmetto bugs had gotten into the customers computer (nice warm area as most electronics are) and shorted out the connections inside. Replacing the ecu fixed all the injector issues.

    Its definitely running wide open I cut the wire and tried to jump it to working pulse wire not enough volts to run both injectors but it didnt spray at 100% and it tried pulsing.
