'87 NOS Front Bumper & Fender

I'm willing to pay good money for a NOS front bumper (w/o black molding) and passenger side front fender. Even a lead would be nice. Thanks guys, Randy

    I can't believe I wrecked it......

For those of you that can't help but look, here you go. I had to tell the original owners son about it yesterday. He tried to hide it, but he looked a little mad at me. Can't blame him.

    I can't believe I wrecked it......

This truck is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. Yesterday I wrecked it, and I'd have to say it's my fault. Luckily my 3 yr. old grandson, the other driver, and myself are fine. It will cost me a front bumper and a fender. Can someone recommend a vendor where I can get NOS parts...

    Reading ALDL Connector Codes

Thanks guys, that's exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for. Again, gotta love this site. Fun to watch and a great resource when you need it.

    Reading ALDL Connector Codes

I found the section of my Emissions & Drivability Manual that speaks to the ALDL connector, how to enter the diagnostic mode, and see codes. It also has a page the describes what each code is for. What I don't see is any guidance on how to interpret the "check engine soon light show" that...

    Blow Out Ruined My Truck

Sorry about the damage. It's ironic that some idots will drive a flat home because they don't want to change a tire. The darn thing will fall apart with pieces flying everywhere like a rubber grenade. And somehow, their cars escape damage. Go figure.:shrug::shrug:

    TCC Test Point

Well, I guess the good news is there is nothing wrong with my TCC and I didn't waste any time crawling all over this truck trying to figure out what was wrong. Of course, the bad news is I don't have a TCC. Thanks a bunch for your help on this.

    TCC Test Point

Oh no!! Section 10 of the 1987 Fuel, Emissions, and Drivability Manual says that the TCC System is used on the 700R4 transmissions. I did not see any mention of the system for TH400's. Did the trucks equipped with TH400's have a lock up converter, or was this system reserved for the 700R4's...

    TBI in Shop Manual??

So I believe the motor in my '87 is idling on the fast side and wanted to look in my shop manual to see what I could learn about settings, adjustments, etc. Heck, I don't even know if there are any you can make. Anyway, I pull out my newly acquired shop manual and I can't find any info on...

    TCC Test Point

yevgenievich, you 'da MAN.:cheers: Thanks so much guys. First plan is to see if the signal (+12v) shows up when it's supposed to at the test point. If it does, according to the schematics that means my brake switch and the throttle position switch is working properly. After the...

    TCC Test Point

So are you pretty certain the pin out for the Fiero diagram (which is awesome by the way, exactly what I was hoping for) will be the same for my truck? It seems to be pretty specific as it even calls out the engine and trans of the Fiero?

The truck I am currently working on is an '87.

    TCC Test Point

Is there somewhere in the shop manual or wiring schematics that shows the pin out of this connector? I'd really like to see the assignments.
