    bench seats WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

    Bench seats 1981-1987 seats have molded openings in the base for the seat belts to pass through. My 83 sits almost to high and my 85 I can't see over the steering wheel. Not sure what causes that- padding maybe??? The mounts look the same.
