    Im not sure yet? My truck too would not make any knocking noise untill warmed up, then sound like someone with big hammer inside motor,lol.. There pulling motor this week should have truck back by weekend. I would have did it but had 2 surgeries on my hand, repaired tore tendons.

    Well I have no knocking and oil pressure I cant say cause I run 5w-40 full synthetic schaffers in it and now all I could get was regulars 5w-30 so oil pressure is a tad lower now but I should change oil to what I use and cut open filter?

    Well fixed it---Yep for anyone interested ???----I remembered when I put new wires and distubeter in this all started??????--So I put the original ICM back in and BAM!!!--starts fine and runs fine now so anyone with same problem new parts dont mean anything,,ICM was the problem all along,,

    Looking for Electric fan swap thread.

    I put ele fan on my 1994 K1500 5.7 last spring and works Fine,, Used a NEW fan was for Ford Thunderbird has ALOT of CFM,, only about $130 for all,,I wired the relays myself and used a 210 on & 195 off for fan and wired the AC to come on when AC is used, Can explane how I wired it if you want??
