    700r shift problem

    83 k10 with a 700r, has reverse and feels like 3rd gear in drive. Never shifts out though. I can put it into manual 1 and still feels like 3rd gear or so... Fluid level is ok, changed filter and fluid. Fluid was bright pink like it had water in it previously. Still does the same thing. TV cable...
