1978 c10 replacement blower motor has smaller vent tube hole. Should I just plug it. Can't find vent tube anyway.

Dash coverlay 1978

With Dash pad removed it covers the mount screws on bottom right of dash . I assume that dash needs to be installed then coverlay glued...
