I know this comes up a bit here... Ideally I want the the textured black and silver ones without the pulls (that match the dash trim), but no one make a repro and all the originals seem to be long gone. This is my last effort before just going with silver everywhere. I even considered making some out of wood, I'm fairly handy in a woodshop and have a resaw, but making something for the right side of the dash molding where it bends out, then back in would be tricky.

What have you guys done? Any creative, custom ideas that don't look too over-the-top?

Maybe a set of reproduction silver with adhesive vinyl covering the middle? They make it in a lot of different textures.

That's a good idea. I had my dash wrapped in vinyl, I could use the same vinyl. I'll think on that, thanks!!
