So I wasn't sure where this belonged, but this seemed like the best place.

I know alot of folks just won't participate because they choose to keep their lives personal, and I get it.

But I had an idea, just a fun thing to do.
Share some details about yourself, what your interests are, hobbies, habits, things you do in your free time, etc.

This is just a thread to really get to know one another, you really do not have to give away every detail if you don't wish to.

So I'll start for example.

My names Vince, I live in Salisbury NC, i'm 25, soon to be 26 on April 27th, I'm 6 foot 5, a tall tattooed up weirdo.
Im a very introverted person you could say.
Im a tool and die maker for a living, working with my dad (just the 2 of us) at our small privately owned business, and we have a sister company that's a stamp shop.

Ive traveled most all over the entire eastern seaboard, from Florida to Maine, and even up north west states. But I've always resided in Salisbury NC.

Growing up as a little guy, I've always liked monster trucks, so, as time went on, and I had the money, I've been building my big k5 that I have here in the forum.

I also have my s10 blazer that I'm building, which isn't a monster truck exactly, but it's a bigger truck on super swampers, I've had that since I was 16

In my time at home, I wrench on my stuff, I drink Miller high life, spend time with my 2 girls, and soon to be wife.

I play video games in the pc occasionally like fallout 4, or any of the fallout series, but usually I'm doing other thifns than playing video games.

I'm just a simple country boy, I dip Copenhagen, daily drive squarebody chevys, and live in a small single wide way out in the country surrounded by fields and woodland.

Anything else I'll be glad to answer...

Go on everyone and share a little about yourself if you want.

We definitely have some similarities.
To add to that, I've always liked grave digger too.

I'll smoke the hell out of cigars.
From the station I prefer the al capone slims. Rum dipped.

But the pricey ones, there is a local place that makes them, can't recall the name right off hand, but they're Great.

Those and the acid cigars.

Names Brent. I am 34, 6’1 and 203lbs.

I love squares, but I am not against owning anything that serves a purpose or interests me.

I am married going on 12 years and I still don’t know how she puts up with me. I have four kids and a few dogs.

Can’t forget I am an A-Hole.

I like capones too but kinda pricey, usually swisher grape or honey berry backwoods. The cigar shop i like to buy nub machiatto and cuban honeys cherry.

I’m Hunter, 20 years old, in Ellensburg Washington. The first vehicle I can remember riding in was a black k5 blazer with red interior, bucket seats, and a center console full of donut holes. When I was 3 dad and I used to go out on the logging roads and chase coyotes it the truck. As a 3 year old I was pretty interested in what was in the center console. Dad sold the truck when I was 4. That created my love affair for the squares. I’m also a big time VW guy. I bought a 71 beetle for my first car and self completed the full restoration on that car by my 18th birthday, including paint, transmission rebuild, interior, and a full custom Speeduino based efi system.

My interest in vehicles does not really conform to any brand, but in the truck department I do lean towards the bow tie for sentimental reasons. I like anything old. I also own a 73 f250 that I am building for my girlfriend, that’s her sentimental truck, a 93 dodge w250 cummins with 150k original miles, and my 82 k10 swb that I’m doing the full resto on.

Other than cars I taught myself how to restore 80s arcade games when I was 14 and have done a couple now and last year I restored a old seeburg jukebox. I moved to Ellensburg 2 years ago to go to college but I dropped out this year and will be going to the diesel tech program and Perry tech in September. I work for the Ellensburg city transit system as a fleet maintenance tech and a driver. I play video games here and there as a way to stay in touch with my brother. When I’m not driving a bus or working on all my junk, I’m probably out on my buddy’s ranch building fences, or patching up horses that always seem to find any possible way to hurt themselves. I’m big into guns, like others here, single actions and lever guns. I was a big time hunter and fisher until every land owner in Washington started charging for use permits that are impossible to get. I’m a woodworker by hobby. My last wood project was this birdseye maple Les Paul.

But I’ll save the rest for next time. Sorry I’m pretty long winded. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

Never played, never learned. I gave this one to a friend of mine that is a big time guitar player. And when I talk about friends, I don’t have any my age. All my friends are 55+. My best friend just turned 70 in October lol. I’ve always been told I was an old soul. When doc handed me over to my mom the first thing she said was “he’s been here before” and my family isn’t religious so that’s saying a lot.
