I LOVE the look of them, and i want to find one without lights and do like what 89S did to his with the amber lights.

I like the ones with the lights in them, but ill never put one on a truck because I have a fear of them leaking around the screw holes.

I just don't care for visors on trucks. I know they serve a great purpose and I wished I liked them, but IMO, they look like hell. Trust me, if any of my trucks had one, it would be yours. I'll keep my eyes open for one around here for cheap.

Ya gotta be short to get any use out of them. I already need to lean forward to look up at the street lights in town, or i'm parking 60 feet back at the stop line. Who wants the gay one off my little plow truck??? The leaking bastard that it is..

the only way they leak is if somebody doesn't silicone the bolt holes or it rusts huge or something, we've had ours on and off several times on different trucks and always just use silicone or rtv and never had any leaks or rust under them.

I love the way the look, same reason I have one on my 88 and my old man has one on his 85, had one on his 86, and just about every other truck he's evr had.

Send it via UPS. That way there's a good chance it will get destroyed or at least lost then claim $100 on the insurance and you'd be happier. One less visor on a square too.

hmm, actually doesn't look near as bad on a GMT400, but I still don't like it.

I cant stand em.. but the truck was 500 bucks and it runs like a charm.. good rubber.. just needed a front axle changed out. Free plow.. runner till she drops

Ohh, that's your truck? That's a great price for a 4x4 stepside even though it is a GMT400.

Ya thats my beater yard truck.. soon to get cleaned up and turned into a fleet side with a topper.. Then inspected to be on the road as my run around truck.. My other truck is a tank to drive around in unless i stay on the highway..
