hoping this is a known issue.
I rebuilt the quadrajet in my dually project. I could not get the secondary lockout to actuate properly. The top of the lever never contacts the choke assembly. I think it’s the fast idle cam that is supposed to trip the lockout lever so the secondaries can open.
But no matter the position of the choke and fast idle cam, it never makes contact with the lever.
Is there any quick check on alignment that would cause this problem?
