Agree with Tommy L. Have the same Areo Pro gun and happy with my first time painting results.

The D1 drizzle is a very good gun. I have it under the name Areopro A610, I think they are made at the same company.
Base coat sprays at around 24 to 26 PSI. Clear coat at 28 to 30 PSI. Light basecoat for the first round and let it flash 10 to 15 mins. 2nd coat medium to heavy depending on temp mostly with 75% overlap. Almost the same with clear. The LVLP guns have a lot less overspray and can be run on a smaller compressor (within reason)

I have some questions about your lplv gun. Actually they are weirdo questions you probably cannot answer,but here we go. Is the amount of overspray considerably less? Never-ending I know the answer to the weird question. Thinking of shooting ingredients some tool boxes and cabinets with rustoleum sunrise red and don't want to clear out the whole shop to do it.

I’ve been successfully shooting rustoleum black on some of my square parts. I mixed an 8:1:10% reducer mixture and also a reduced 20% acetone mixture, no hardener. Each mixture sprayed easily with great results. The 1 was an isocyonate hardener product (wet look) which I purchased and had delivered from Jungle store. Used the hardener mixture where I think chemical contact could be an issue. Not a lot of overspray with hvlp, wore a respirator as well to minimize contact.

I've got hvlp,and I think O.P did also. But he went to lvlp. I'm curious if it is significantly lower on overspray.
