Same thinng you keep doing recently, you are doing http://http:// then addy, you only need 1 http:// Putting 2 in trashes the html code and it won't work.

http://www.gmsquarebody.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1875&d=1299785294 will work,

http://http://www.gmsquarebody.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=1875&d=1299785294 will NOT work.

Great info there CK. I was not aware of it. I know alot of things about vehicles, but never got alot into 4x4's until I wanted straight axle 4x4s. All my other 4x4's were wussy 4x4 IFS push a button, loaded, leather, seat heater, don't wanna get a scratch on it trucks, so I never did anything real fun in them. I have heard about the support bracket to get it regardless, that there are only 2 kinds of 4x4 SAS frames in GM, the ones that have cracked, and the ones that will crack if they haven't yet. So I have full intention of getting the support brackets for mine before they do crack.
Also, been hearing C4 talk about crossover steering. Does crossover steering fix this issue your talking about? It would be cool if you, and/or C4 could or would get together and do a crossover steering thread, especially if it corrects that articulation problem. :grd:

An answer to your question is yes. Crossover steering will fix this issue, and you will be able to turn sharper, and there will be wayyyyy less play in the steering. The stock setup works just fine, on stock height trucks. As soon as you start lifting them they get funky. In fact when I was at Pismo last summer, I was doing about 40mph in the whoop section and every whoop I hit my wheel would turn but the wheels pointed straight..... no good..... :jester:
I am still gathering parts for my crossover but hopefully by summer I will be ready to do it, and I plan on making a detailed build thread with lots of pics.

For now this is kind of a vague description of the different types of crossover steering.
