You still might have some salvageable parts there that someone may be interested in, optical drive, hard drive, memory, gpu, hell I usually strip them of all the case screws and switches as well.

You make a good point, I have a Radeon ATI 9000 graphics card in it that I could probably sell to a friend........but it would just be soo much fun to blow the damn thing to hell with my 1911.

And it gets better!!

Just struck up a deal with a guy here in town for a rebuilt 12 bolt rear axle with a Lock Right in it for $200!! I'm picking it up tomorrow morning. He had it rebuilt, but then got bit by the 14 bolt bug so he didn't need it. He pulled it out of his 85 Blazer so I'll need to have the spring perches relocated I believe to fit my Suburban.........or am I wrong about this?

And not to worry, my wife has our camera in her car right now but I SWEAR by all that is holy, I WILL take pics of everything tomorrow....axle and all.

Come on June..........:High 5:

2 5/8.... 2 11/16...... 2 13/32.... gettin pretty close to 3 buddy !!! :roflbow:

That's a killer deal on that 12 bolt if its got all that. The Lock Right alone is over $300 itself. Keep in mind, that Lock Right is only good for about 350hp and 33in tires. You could probably push it to 35in tires off roading, but on pavement, might give you some problems.

So you can just put away that BAN-HAMMER HotRodPC :Big Laugh:

Overall, $575 for a 4" lift that comes with shocks and ALL the hardware you'll need to put it on isn't too bad. I know it won't ride Cadillac smooth like a Tuff Country lift kit can, but I don't really care too much, I want funtion and looks on a budget. Trust me, it was hard enough to get my wife to agree to $500 on the Suburban let alone $790 it would've cost for the Tuff Country lift.
