Till I reach the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!!! I want full custody this looney bin doesn’t deserve another second with them!! The one already asked if it was ok she didn’t love dad anymore! That is not the words U want to hear from your 10 yr old ever! But I assured her it was normal she probably is blaming him for the cause of having to move having to give up our animals friends things now he takes the money and trashed my only transportation I can’t no longer keep letting him do this to us I have to show my children they have to fight back and definitely when it’s wrong and do it the right ways!! They hate going with him It usually results in them calling every night begging to come home

For what it's worth comments such as this should be kept to ones self and not put out on the net because it's there forever now and could , given the right circumstances come back to haunt you! Just my opinion!
Very true but I do have edit and I’m not the one sabotaging vehicles nor will I be treated like I ever will! I’m a joking type and say random things! They said at domestic relations it’s freedom of speech! Then it shouldn’t be ok that he took my 10 year old with him and sat in Walmart parking lot late at night waiting for me to come shop and presisted to tell her he was going to ram me and run me over when I pulled in! That’s ok??? Not hardly my little girl probably scared for my safety but I’m a bit smarter I knew he was there and his intentions I stayed home!

That bleach made a mess. I'd get pressure washer or water hose under pressure with a nozzle or something and rinse all of that off real good. Off of anything rubber even the metal. That'll eventually rust. PA has enough rust problems without that.

I don't think so. I don't think anybody is advocating vigilante or preemptive type actions. I'm only concerned with her safety and I have not advocated any specific course of action.

If she believes she or her children are in danger then there are other steps she can take. I would suggest she find someone locally to talk to about self defense options. I didn't say she should get a gun but that may be an option. A local gun shop would be a good place to start though as they would likely be able to put her in touch with someone who specializes in helping women with self defense issues.

I'm not saying this needs to be her number one priority, she is a broke single mother with a broken truck. She obviously has a lot on her plate. Right now her ex is hitting her in an indirect manner and maybe without the intent of causing harm but that is just conjecture at this point. If he escalates to a more direct approach it would be better that she is prepared.

At this point, all I've seen is a concern for her safety accompanied by evidence of his actions. Nobody is talking about revenge or retaliation and so this thread actually helps her. It documents what has happened and her concerns without being malicious.

Family court, the drama inside and outside the courtroom, not fun at all, and you haven't technically got to the courtroom stage yet. He sounds like a real winner(insert sarcasm font for this sentence.)
