Gmachinz, your pictures of the harness do look more appealing then the universal. Do u make ur own and what is the cost of your harness?

We build them all in-house. We have out own master harness boards stock and w/late model adds. Which harnesses were you thinking about?

I moved the tag so you probably missed it @gmachinz . You would likely know this for certain. Is 85 and 86 harnesses going to the same and interchangeable? I'm needing an underhood harness for an 85, and I want to use the one from an 86.

Thanks, I had an 84 harness but I'm fairly certain they're different from the 85/86.

I’ll be looking for the complete truck harness. (Everything from front to back). It will be for an 1986 GMC 1500 short box with power windows.

There isnt a lot that is different-the wiper washer pump leads moved to the fender jug starting in ‘85 (and were now part ofbthe front lighting harness-prior it was part of the main engine harness) and a few wiring changes to the cruise control harness as well but thats all I can recall off hand without looking it up.
