wiper motor question: wiper delay motor are the same as not delay wiper motor? or they are the same is just the delay module under steering colum the difference? thx

They are the same, the pulse module on the steering column is what controls the delay.

In the rare event it actually works. Bought two new ones ( ac Delco) and both them $70 pieces of **** were junk.
