windshield washer relay

Can anyone tell me where the windshield washer relay is and if its bad will it make the washer function not work?

There's two wires at the pump (on the wiper motor). One has ignition power and the other grounds out to make the pump work. Just put a test light between those terminals and push the washer button. Also test for 12 volts on the one terminal. If the light comes on, the pump is bad. If not, it's the switch or possibly the delay module. You can remove the module from the harness, just plug it together without the module in the loop. If the washer still doesn't work, the switch is bad.
