Unless someone here happens to have a 1974 Biscayne you'd probably be better off contacting the seller, asking for dimensions and measuring your truck.
Good point sorry for the dumb question

You need faceplate height & width and center-to-center on the knobs.

Looks like a period correct standard GM radio - just like the stockers in these trucks. Those were a standard size - not like an old Vette or Citation with the vertical face.

I bought one on e bay and it fit great in my '84 GMC. I think its out of a Malibu or something similar. It is written on it in that yellow marker from the salvage yard. I think they are all pretty standard. Just make sure that they send you the "plug" and wiring that plugs into it so you can hook up the speakers.
Its not that loud, but I only need the FM, so its perfect... and the price was good, like $50 or something like that.
