Ive got a 85 Silverado with 3/5 drop using drop spindles on the front. Wanting to run Boss 338 20 x 10's all the way around with a 275/45/20 tire. Have any of y'all tried this? Curious if it will clear on the front. Here is a pic of the truck with the stock wheels on it.

I know taste is all in the eye of the beholder but honestly that truck looks killer the way it sits. Putting 20" rims on these trucks just looks silly in so many ways.

I agree 100% with firebane. there's a guy down the street with a sweet 70 el camino and he went and put some of those pimp rims on it. ruins the whole look, totally out of place. but this is just my opinion if that's what you want, go to a tire shop and do a test fit if you like buy. btw don't go there unless you are ready to buy and expect them to do everything for free. highdesertranger

Go with the ridler wheels they are deeper. Find a tire shop with a wheel fitment tool. That's going to look very nice with some 20s

Same size wheels front to rear look a little off on squares since the track width is 1in wider in the front. Staggered with 8.5in and 10in hides this issue with our trucks.

I was thinking of using a spacer on the wheel to fix the problem. I bought 2 20x10's this weekend at rod run we'll try tomorrow and make sure the wheels will clear the front arms

You got a lark? I used to have one back in the mid 80's.
