What is this?

I’m sure someone here can tell me what this is. It’s a single blade connector, for what I have no idea. Although my 75 Blazer has a 454 now, I’m pretty sure this was here when it had the original 350.

It’s mounted right above the steering gear.

From the bracket a wire should run to the proportioning valve, when the shuttle moves it should illuminate the brake light on the dash.
