Can you provide more details about the symptoms?

For example, does the engine need to be running for you to notice the vibration?

Vibration only when braking?

If your coasting at 30 mph and shut the engine off, does the vibration go away?

If you drive at 50 MPH and then shift to neutral, does the vibration go away?

Is the vibration at all speeds and in reverse?

--

Try unbolting the driveshaft and rotating it to a different orientation and then bolt it back up.

Try putting the vehicle in park / in gear and then rock the rig forwards and backwards with the hood open and watch the engine.

Check your bellhousing bolts.

Are the rotors warped?

How and when did the problem start?

Seemed like I always had a vibration but seems more prominent now. I did put new gears in rear end due to bad inner bearings but that's all new and adjusted. The only thing I have not done is driveshaft balance or maybe pinion angle.

Sounds like you might have put the drive shaft back in a different spot compared to where you took it out. I would take it to a machine shop and have them check the balance on it. It's also possible that the rear end wasn't set up correctly either. If you have access to lift, maybe put it up on there and run it and see if you see or hear anything. I would start with any of the parts that rotate that have been removed and reinstalled prior to noticing the vibration.

Unlikely but possible. You have the wrong flexplate. You know, the thing that the tourque converter bolts to. Some are for internally balanced engines, some are not.
That, along with a busted motor mount may do it.

If there is a rag joint in the steering shaft, it may be pushed too far forward causing steel on steel bump.
