There's a plastic washer that goes on the axle stub shaft before the hub assembly goes on, and a little rubber seal on that. Then there's a metal washer with holes in it that goes between the spindle nuts, it should have a tab that goes in the groove of the spindle. The 1st spindle nut should have a small dowel on it that you line up with one of the holes in the washer, then the spindle jamb nut goes on I think 150 ft/lbs which means pretty much tight as you can get it lol.
