I jumped in. I`ll do anything to revert people away from fakebook. 
I no longer have a SB but I`m a looking for another one. Next one a oneton dually or not but it must be a CCLB. Then if its not a diesel, it soon will be.

I think that the more people on there will only help more people see the page. Not to grow it of fb but, to tell them about this site. If you don't have many looking at the page not many will see that we have a forum they should try. I like this site BETTER and have stated that on fb page to get them to maybe come take a look.
I think with a couple of members joining from here and posting some pics of their trucks will help. Maybe if we mention this site they'll come take a look.

If I might make a suggestion.... I noticed that the FB group is set to Private. That means that only members can see posts. If the goal is to grow this forum by way of them learning about it on the FB group. Then you may want to make that group public. Otherwise the only people that see it, are already members here.
Just a thought.

I will always wish you fellas (this site) the best and do what I can to help out, spread the news, support it, etc, but honestly will have zero to do with Farcebook or any socialist media for that matter. Their recent deplatforming of ANY dissent or questioning the narratives - I cannot and will not support that in any way. They are the enemy IMO.

BTW, this more of a trial and opinion idea. I can already say I'm seeing things I'm not liking. It'll only work the way we want it too if members support it in that way. I thought Irishman would be on board, but he's already asking questions and taking things to PM rather than encourage a thread here. 
So maybe it wasn't a good idea afterall. I also certainly see those who want no part of FB, you don't have to. For real, it's to bring those on FB here, not take you guys to FB. Of course we appreciate your support and loyalty here so don't think the idea was to get you to go there. I'm on other Square FB pages and I always post threads to here on those pages. The only real advantage to us being on FB, is if you see something and know of a thread to link back here, and then if there is a GMSB outage which sometimes it happens, then we have another form of communication to give updates and to shoot the **** until this is back up.

I do find it kinda funny how people dog fb and yet use YouTube and Google which are owned by the same people. Google and YouTube go way father than fb does by far.
I'm not talking **** and trying to start an argument. I'm just saying if you hate fb for this then you should REALLY hate YouTube and Google which have admitted to doing t his that y'all absolutely hate.
