And plus we all are buddies so we all should sell at buddies prices haha right?

I agree, that's why we are members here. Part of the fun and purpose of the forum is help each other acquire their parts at reasonable prices and know we are getting good stuff with honest descriptions instead of paying to much for something that isn't what we expected off of ebay.

I think Pops and I are soon going to be meeting to trade my 4L80-E and converter he needs for his square for his SM465 and NP205 I want with bell housing and clutch parts.

Umm, shouldn't they be in the truck? Get to it:rofl:

I started in on it yesterday, first opportunity I've had since all the Christmas hooplah, BOY OH BOY what a mess my wiring is behind the dash!!!! I have to send the tach off for repair but I'll be getting down on the copper-core rat's nest in the next few days. Picked up a temp sensor and had to order an oil pressure sender yesterday. Tried to take pics of that wiring nightmare but my phone crapped out. :( I'll get some next time for my build thread. And don't worry Shawn about the tach, I still only gave $30 to ship you that sway bar for a good cluster! :waytogo:

With all the holidays I'm having a bear of a time getting a quote to have the tach repaired, hoping to hear something tomorrow.

From what I've read it runs around $100 to repair one. I'm in the wrong gig lol.

Guess I was wrong, got a reply and he wants $175 to fix it. If I can't get a more reasonable quote I'm going to just cut the cluster to fit the 5" Autogage tachometer.

I was going to maybe have my dad take a look at mine, he might be able to repair them. He's been pretty busy though, he still hasn't got around to repairing my S10 digital cluster, my wiper delay modules, or my FM convertor/8-track player, lol. Maybe I can push the tach up to the top of the list.
