Standard Vs. HD Heater

Hello, I have an 81 C1500 with out air and we're going to be doing some work to the heating system soon. When I go to look up blower motors, it gives the option for standard or heavy duty heating.

Can someone tell me what dictates rather you have standard or HD heating?

I am thinking maybe a vehicle with a rear heater like a van or burb
