Most of us go to our local driveshaft shops. I didn't even know they had full assembly's on rock auto lol.

I had my old front shaft completely rebuilt for $250 at my local place.

Saw the other day someone had a screen shot of the rock auto front driveshaft selection. Can't remember if they ordered or not. Not sure of what the thread name was I saw it on.

For the prices and brands shown I'd much rather go to the local shop. Plus that's not including shipping.

I bought a Dorman 2 piece driveshaft for my C20 from Rockauto this year. Very good quality, all parts spicer and built on order. Local shop in Austria quoted 3500$ for it.

In times of paying three dollars for a 20 ounce soda, I kinda doubt many people are considering dropping 3 or 4 hundred bucks on a "spare driveshaft".
Bettin your in that club by yourself ,noob.

Everyone I ever heard of or knew of chooses a local shop for rebuild or refurbishment.

I'm a proud member of the mother F- Rock Auto club.

Well , heck that's a Damn good Deal.

Im in near a small town, closets DS Shop is hunert miles away and they want $350 to just replace the slide yoke. Screw that. I'll find another shop in a bigger town or send it to my buddies shop in another state.

Think Ill get the Dorman from rockauto. Seams the best with greasable U-jonts and slide yoke. Then Ill have a spare shaft

Rock Auto is not the problem. Problem is FedEx/UPS. Those guys can F-up an anvil. It's amazing.
That's a fact Jack

Fed-X Goons broke 3 pole chain saws trying to deliver each to my house, each time returned for free, then I gave up and got my money back

I guess ill see if they can fug up a drive shaft. Maybe they'll run it over with their truck and bend it
