I removed the ac compressor because it was shot and doing a serpentine setup soon now my blower for the climate control dosent work. Does the wire on the compressor need to be ground for the blower to work. One thing after another......

No. The blower should run without the compressor in place.

Check the HTR A/C fuse on the main fuse block.

The dark green compressor power supply wire goes over to the low pressure switch. It comes out of the switch as a light green. The LT GRN passes through the firewall and connects to the selector switch section of the control panel.

At the selector switch, the light green connects to the brown lead. The brown is the main power supply for the entire HVAC system and is fed directly from the 25 amp HTR A/C fuse in the fuse block.

So if your low pressure switch was closed (which it most likely was) - and the DK GRN compressor feed somehow got grounded while you were pulling the compressor - the main fuse would blow. That would knock everything out (including the blower).
