I just removed two rounded out wheel cylinder bolts, and I cannot seem to find any mention of what to replace it with.

Do you mean the studs to mount the wheels?

No, two half inch long bolts that thread into the rear of the wheel cylinder. Appears to be coarse thread and maybe a 3/8 hex.

If the bolts are out, simply use a thread gauge to determine size and thread pitch. Some hardware stores have them hanging in the aisle for customers to use.

The bolts may be metric, so take that into consideration.

I found two bolts in an old tool box luckily because my local hardware store doesn't carry a large amount of fasteners smaller than 3/8ths.
