SAll 87 R30 are JB8 brakes and use the same front caliper. Original production part number was 14005769 and 70. K

SDuallies have the bigger 3.5” wide rear brake shoes.

SNot necessarily. But the size of the rear drums will tell you what brake spec your truck has, which will tell you which fronts to order.
