R10 Fan

Hi I have a 1987 Silverado R10 with AC. I cannot find a radiator fan to save my life. Will fans from any other models work just the same?

fan blade ? or fan clutch?

14077928 is a fan blade from a scanned pdf document, but is for pre 87, maybe call dealer or venture out to a pick and pull salvage yard 87 has the reverse rotation water pump?

15734247 shows for a 87-88 454.... catalog doesn't show 87-88 with 5.0 or 5.7... best bet call dealer or show up in person

If water pump pully is smooth, reverse rotation.

smh.... if you put the wrong fan blade its probably not going to work even though it will bolt up.

Serpentine systems run the pump opposite direction. Pump, fan, and I believe clutch are specific. Wrong fan will try to push air out the front, air pressure at speed will try to force it in, result no air flow, overheating.
