quick question about temp gauge

i got a 89 gmc r3500 with a 454 and i have a temp gauge like in the picture and was wondering what would the temp be if the needle was one the line between the 100 and 210?

110 point gap split 50/50......probably 155-160 I'd guess. So needle is currently about 185-190 I'd say.

ok thank you i have a 195f thermostat and it runs about right on the line so i think my thermostat may be stuck open

Get a temp gun and see what the temp is at the manifold and the head before you start thinking there is something wrong. Does your heater blow hot?

Also, as I understand it these gauges aren't super accurate so there's that......

Those are temperature indicators not gauges. I doubt there is anything wrong. As previously suggested get a heat gun if you're concerned.
