Power Window Challenge

Hello! This is my first post so please bear with me. I have been reading this forum for awhile and am amazed by the wealth of knowledge. I am currently trying to fix the power windows in my 1984 GMC Sierra and have seen the modification for the relay system to allow my windows to open and close faster and I figured before I did that maybe someone had modified their wiring harness so that they could have the "Express-down feature" (Thats what it's called on my 2005 Impala). It is where you fully depress the window switch once and the window will go down all the way automatically. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you! I do build most of the 73-up truck harnesses and do a lot of late model option add-one for them as well. My power window harness options are:

Stock replacement
Stock repl. w/auto down or/and up
Stock type relay and/or splice kits


The splice kits are designed to splice to your existing wiring if it's in good shape. There are so many options it's always better for me to communicate with people one on one since some want stock, others want to add features and some like to mix/match for example:

"I've got a 1976 manual window/lock truck with 1990 Suburban power window/lock doors and I want a NEW full harness with dual auto down windows...."

These are the kinds of OEM style, better than repro harnesses that I build on a regular basis. I also offer:

Engine harness (and built to suit)
Front lighting harness (and built to suit)
Dual tank harnesses (stock or with EFI options)
Climate control harness

Currently working on:

Rear lighting harnesses
LS swap 4-wire style NEW engine control harness

ohhh hell this guy is going to get rich off me I have a 74 with suicide doors window switches are in the center console with relays in the back corners of the cab with the old style of window motors would like to add the express down on both doors the next truck is a 86 with a suburban wire harness cut down to just the front doors windows and locks would like the express down and up on it thank you for coming over to our little fourm
