I guess I just answered my own question but for piece of mind did I put it on wrong

No its all wrong see those 6 bolt holes that's where your transfer case goes!

Isnt the metal tab built into the poly? If so looks correct to me

there is there poly mount itself and the metal plate sits on top of that and I think I need to put that the other way which would raise the trans up some

and my truck is 2wd so idk what your talking about. where a transfer case goes....

looks correct to me just how I installed mine

my truck is a 1ton I had to space my tranny up for info why look at my nv4500 in the transmission forum
